Me personaly I do not descriminate based on sex, gender preference, race. I do not care if it is professional or personal. it dose not mater. I do believe that society has a responsibility to hold to those responsiblities.
I do not think that today’s society will do the right thing.
We, as a society are going on the wrong track.
I have a co-worker who is a member of the LGBTQ+ group/society I count her as a friend. But I do not think that this should be counted as a issue of gender nutality or sex preference. It is a personal choice and should not be a professional or social choice.
I believe that means that it should not be up to or the concern of society to choose or descriminate the individuals choice of sexual or personal partners.
Employment should be based only on achevement.
But this is ideal society. Today is not ideal.
That does not mean that it should not be strived for.
